Michelle's extensive background in finance and banking, coupled with her prestigious Wall Street Journal business award, brings excellence to the Ghent CareGivers team.
When she's relaxing, you'll find Michelle enjoying beach days with her two surfing-loving sons, exploring new restaurants, and serving in the children's ministry at her church. She also lends her talents to her husband's building company, Grey Homes.

Kathy Grey
Kathy Grey serves as an advocate, mentor, and advisor to families. She believes the best caregivers become extensions of the families they serve. With over 30 years of experience in the childcare field, Kathy launched Ghent CareGivers in 2013.
As an early childhood educator, Newborn Care Specialist, and graduate of the University of Virginia, she loves helping families find the perfect caregivers.
Kathy has been married to her high school sweetheart for over forty years. They have 4 adult children, 14 grandchildren, and 1 spoiled dachshund. In a word, she describes herself as ‘grateful.’

With eight years of in-home nanny experience, McKenzie understands the needs and nuances of family care, which has fueled her passion for connecting families with their ideal caregivers.
An entrepreneurial spirit, inherited from her family’s strong business-oriented background, drives her to innovate and excel. Aside from being a Childcare specialist, McKenzie’s dream days look like baby cuddles, relaxing at the beach, and enjoying time with good friends and family.
